Not happy with your order? You have 15 days from receipt to return or exchange it. Register your return below and then send the parcel to our return address.

How to return in 3 steps

1. Register your return

   Fill in the form with your order number and the email address you ordered with. We check straight away whether your order is eligible.

2. Pack the items

   Return the items unused and in their original packaging. Write your order number on a note and put it in the parcel, so we know which order the return belongs to.

3. Send the parcel

   Take the parcel to the carrier of your choice and send it to the return address below. The cost of the return shipment is at your own expense.

Zodra we je retour hebben ontvangen en gecontroleerd, storten we het bedrag binnen 15 dagen terug op de rekening waarmee je hebt betaald.

Return address

Always send your return with sufficient postage to the address below. We cannot accept parcels sent without postage.

The return shipment is your responsibility until we have received the parcel. So send your return with track and trace and keep the proof of postage: we are not liable for parcels that get lost or damaged on the way.

Exchanges

Would you like to exchange an item for a different size or colour? Register your return and state in the form which item you would like instead. We will send the new item as soon as we have received your return.

Good to know

• You have 15 days from receipt to register your return and send it back.
• Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
• The cost of the return shipment is at your own expense.
• If you refuse the parcel at the door or do not collect it from the pick-up point, we will deduct €7.95 in return costs.
