Cooling-off period

You have a 15-day cooling-off period. Within 15 days of receipt, you can register and return your order without giving a reason.

We use the carrier’s delivery date as the date of receipt, unless your order was delivered to someone you did not designate yourself.

Returning or exchanging

  • Returning: you send an item back and get the purchase price refunded.
  • Exchanging: you send an item back and receive a different item in return, for example in another size or colour.

You can only return or exchange items bought in the Altag webshop. Always register your return first using the return form.

Conditions for your return

  • Send the item back unused, with all supplied accessories and in its original packaging.
  • Pack your return carefully so the item is not damaged in transit.
  • Send your return with sufficient postage. The cost of returning is at your own expense; you will find the rates on your carrier’s website.
  • Returns offered after the 15-day cooling-off period cannot be accepted. We will send them back to you at our expense.

Refund

If you return the entire order, we refund the full order amount, including any shipping costs you paid in the webshop. Only the cost of sending the return to us is at your own expense.

We refund the amount within 15 days of receiving your return, using the same payment method you paid with, unless we agree otherwise.

Has the item been used, damaged or returned without its original packaging? Then we may deduct part of the amount for the loss in value.

Costs in special cases

  • Do you refuse the parcel at the door or not collect it from the pick-up point, so that it comes back to us automatically? We treat this as use of your right of withdrawal and deduct € 7.95 return costs per parcel from your refund.
  • Is your return sent without postage or with insufficient postage? We then charge € 4.95 administration costs plus the amount the carrier charges us for an unstamped parcel (from € 14.00), a total of at least € 18.95. We deduct this from your refund.

The return shipment is your responsibility until we have received the parcel. So send your return with track and trace and keep the proof of postage: we are not liable for parcels that get lost or damaged on the way.

If we cannot resolve it together, you can submit your dispute to Stichting WebwinkelKeur.
