Altag tries to inform you as best as possible about its products via their website. If an item does not meet your expectations, it can be exchanged or returned.

1. Returns

By return, Altag means that you want to return an ordered item and for which you do not want a replacement item in return.

2. Exchange

By exchange, Altag means that you want to return an ordered item and that it must be exchanged for another item.

3. Complaints

It can always happen that something doesn't go exactly as planned. We recommend that you first report any complaints to us by sending an email to info@altag.nl.. If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to register your dispute for mediation via Stichting WebwinkelKeur via https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/knowledge base/consumers/dispute.

From February 15, 2016, consumers in the EU will also be able to register complaints via the European Commission's ODR platform. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not yet being processed elsewhere, you are free to file your complaint via the European Union platform.

4. Approval period

It is possible to register and return an order within 14 days after receiptAltag uses the carrier's delivery date as the receipt date, unless the order has been delivered to a third party not designated by you.

When you return the entire order (with or without reason), we will refund the full order amount within 14 days, including the shipping costs you paid in the shop (not the costs you incur to send it back). The refund will be made to the account number known to us.

5. Registering the articles

The return package will only be fully reimbursed if it is unused and returned in the original packaging with a fully completed return form. If the returned product shows signs of wear or is not returned in the original packaging, only a partial refund may be made.

6. Exchange & Return Conditions

You can only exchange or return items purchased in our Altag webshop.

It may happen that you want to return an order, for example because you don't like the product. Whatever the reason, you have the right to return your order up to 14 days after receipt cancel and return without giving any reason.

You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for return shipping from your address to our webshop are at your own expense. Consult the website of your carrier for the exact rates. If you use your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned with all delivered accessories and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging.

If an order is refused at the door, we consider this as use of the right of withdrawal. The return costs of €7.95 per package In that case, the costs will be deducted from the refund amount. This also applies if a package is not collected from a collection point and is automatically returned to us.

If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than necessary to try the product, we can charge you a reduction in the value of the product. So treat the product with care and make sure it is well packaged when returning it.

7. Do your returns not meet the above conditions?

If the return shipment is not (sufficiently) stamped, we are unfortunately forced to charge costs. This concerns the administration costs of €4.95 and the costs charged to us by the carrier for delivering unstamped shipments (from €14.00). This means that these costs will be at least € 18.95. These costs will be deducted from the credit note of the items.
Returns submitted outside the return period will not be accepted. These will be returned to you at Altag's expense.

8. Reception at Altag

After we have received your order back, you will receive confirmation by email. The same payment method with which you paid for the purchase will be used for the refund, unless otherwise agreed.

4. STORAGE PERIOD

We keep your data as long as you are our client. This means that we keep your customer profile until you
indicates that you no longer wish to use our services. If you inform us of this, we will also regard this as a request to be forgotten.
