This silver 15 cm house number is made of brushed aluminium. The fine brushed texture gives the digits a soft, silky sheen that reflects light calmly. Together with the modern Kemp typeface with its flowing curves, this makes for a sleek, contemporary house number. Silver looks lovely on red brick, dark wood and grey render, and goes well with stainless steel or aluminium door fittings.
The digits are 1 cm thick and therefore sturdy, while aluminium stays light in weight. The material does not rust and stands up to rain, frost and sun, so the house number keeps looking well cared for years. A damp cloth is enough to keep it clean. Thanks to the thickness, the sides of the digit also catch the light, giving the house number extra depth.
With the spacers from the pack, you mount the house number about 1 cm from the wall, so it appears to float. Without spacers, it sits flat on the surface. Threaded rods and wall plugs are included, and the house number is suitable for brick, render, concrete and wood. If you mount the house number floating, a soft shadow falls on the wall in side light.
On a new-build home with grey or anthracite window frames, silver ties in nicely with the rest of the façade. On a rural home with red brick and wooden doors, it adds a fresh, modern accent. Combine the house number with a stainless steel or aluminium letterbox or outdoor light, and the front door looks like a single whole. Because the brushed texture spreads the light softly, fingerprints and water droplets are less noticeable.
You order this silver 15 cm house number per digit, from 0 to 9. The Kemp 15 cm is also available in black, gold, white and bronze, so you can match the colour to your window frames, door or outdoor lighting.
Brushed aluminium. It is light, sturdy and does not rust, and the brushed texture gives the house number the look of stainless steel.
Yes, a silver 15 cm house number and anthracite window frames make a calm, modern combination. On red or dark brick, silver looks especially beautiful.
Yes, with every digit you order you get threaded rods, wall plugs and spacers. So you always have enough to hang your whole house number.
Keep the same spacing between all digits; at 15 cm, 3 to 4 cm is a good starting point. First tape the digits to the wall with painter's tape to see how it looks, then mark the holes.
Order before 15:00 and your house number will be delivered the next day (within the Netherlands). Shipping within Europe is free. You have 15 days to change your mind and this house number comes with a 1-year warranty.
