We treat this as use of your right of withdrawal and deduct € 7.95 return costs per parcel from your refund.

Is your return sent without postage or with insufficient postage? We then charge € 4.95 administration costs plus the amount the carrier charges us for an unstamped parcel (from € 14.00), a total of at least € 18.95.
