From February 15, 2016, consumers in the EU will also be able to register complaints via the European Commission's ODR platform. It is possible to register and return an order within 14 days after receipt<\/strong>Altag uses the carrier's delivery date as the receipt date, unless the order has been delivered to a third party not designated by you.<\/p>\n

When you return the entire order (with or without reason), we will refund the full order amount within 14 days, including the shipping costs you paid in the shop (not the costs you incur to send it back). You can only exchange or return items purchased in our Altag webshop.<\/p>\n

It may happen that you want to return an order, for example because you don't like the product. Whatever the reason, you have the right to return your order up to 14 days after receipt<\/strong> cancel and return without giving any reason.<\/p>\n

You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for return shipping from your address to our webshop are at your own expense. Consult the website of your carrier for the exact rates. If you use your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned with all delivered accessories and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging.<\/p>\n

To exercise this right, you can contact us via info@altag.nl<\/a>We will refund the amount due within 14 days after receipt of the return shipment<\/strong> to refund.<\/p>\n

If an order is refused at the door, we consider this as use of the right of withdrawal. The return costs of \u20ac7.95 per package<\/strong> In that case, the costs will be deducted from the refund amount. This also applies if a package is not collected from a collection point and is automatically returned to us.<\/p>\n

If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than necessary to try the product, we can charge you a reduction in the value of the product. So treat the product with care and make sure it is well packaged when returning it.<\/p>\n

If the return shipment is not (sufficiently) stamped, we are unfortunately forced to charge costs. This concerns the administration costs of \u20ac4.95 and the costs charged to us by the carrier for delivering unstamped shipments (from \u20ac14.00). This means that these costs will be at least \u20ac 18.95. These costs will be deducted from the credit note of the items.
\nReturns submitted outside the return period will not be accepted. These will be returned to you at Altag's expense.<\/p>\n
