    Register your return<\/h3>\n

    Fill in the form with your order number and the email address you ordered with. We check straight away whether your order is eligible.<\/li>\n

    Pack the items<\/h3>\n

    Return the items unused and in their original packaging. Write your order number on a note and put it in the parcel, so we know which order the return belongs to.<\/li>\n

    Send the parcel<\/h3>\n

    Take the parcel to the carrier of your choice and send it to the return address below. The cost of the return shipment is at your own expense.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    The return shipment is your responsibility until we have received the parcel. So send your return with track and trace and keep the proof of postage: we are not liable for parcels that get lost or damaged on the way.<\/p>\n

    Exchanges<\/h2>\n

    Would you like to exchange an item for a different size or colour? Register your return and state in the form which item you would like instead. We will send the new item as soon as we have received your return.<\/p>\n
